Velvis Cars is an independent used car dealership based in West Bergholt, Essex, selling everything from everyday hatchbacks to Land Rovers and Mercedes. Good stock and a strong local reputation, but a website that wasn't doing business justice.

The site needed clearer copy, a better user journey, and a way to turn more visitors into enquiries. We redesigned the site with UX and conversion at the centre, rewrote the copy to speak plainly to buyers rather than at them, and structured the pages around the decisions a car buyer actually makes.
